If that weren’t great enough - this is the solid SILVER variety to which only a few survivors are known - and this one is still with its original “button style” box of issue — an absolute rarity and the RAREST variety of an award medal known from this fair without question.
An absolute must for a fine collection of PPIE memorabilia - THE STAR OF THE SHOW!
This piece has never been offered to the collecting public and was saved by a descendant of a fair attendee in 1915 who procured it by having a winning exhibit of some kind.
