1915 "Panama-Pacific Expo" Mailing Card (Postcard) is from the "Victor" Exhibit. Inside the card is a 3D picture of people listening to the talking machine made by "Victor Talking Machine Company".  Their exhibit is in the Palace of Liberal Arts. This mailing card requires a two cent stamp. And you can write a message on the back. When you open the card the people pop-out.

Its stated purpose was to celebrate the completion of the Panama Canal, but it was widely seen in the city as an opportunity to showcase its recovery from the 1906 earth wake.
