Details:
Original unused full ticket issued for 1945 Game 6 World Series between the Chicago Cubs vs Detroit Tigers.  The game was played at Wrigley Field and won by the Cubs in the 12th inning forcing a deciding Game (7).
Besides being the last World Series game the Cubs won until Game 2 in 2016, this would also be the second and last World Series game the Cubs would win before their hometown fans at Wrigley Field until Game 5 in 2016.
The only other Wrigley victory was Game 5 in 1935.
