  • Condition: Official 1982 Issue of the Government of the British Virgin Islands Proof Set minted at The Franklin Mint in original case, including cardboard sleeve, Certificate of Authenticity, 2 descriptive inserts and a letter from The Franklin Mint in excellent condition. . The cardboard sleeve has yellowed somewhat over time; see the last picture. One owner; stored carefully in our smoke-free home.The five-dollar and one-dollar coins are solid sterling silver, the once-cent coin is bronze, and the remaining others are cupro-nickel.
