Antique Porcelain Fox Terrier Dogs Figurine Set of 4 Germany Gotha Pfeffer?

Set of 4 porcelain dogs made in Germany 1930's - 1940's possibly Gotha Pfeffer but I am not sure.  All the dogs are in good condition, however one of the small dogs has some indentations on his head and some extra porcelain, which looks like it was a manufacturing error and not damage (shown in the last photo).  Dogs measurements:
Large dog is approximately 4 3/4" x 4 3/4", medium dog is 3" x 3" , small dogs are approximately 1 1/2" x 3" and 1 1/4" x 2 3/4"
