Beatles booklet

Description

I don't know what this is called. It is a booklet, 12" x 12". It is titled Beatles (U.S.A.) Ltd. and shows an original price (in 1964) of .00.
The cover and back cover have a few little dents. The first inside page has a business card sized section at the top right corner cut out of it. Every other page is perfect.
The booklet is 24 pages, all of which are black and white photos of the Beatles.
The only text is a long blurb on the inside front cover and a blurb about each Beatle on the inside of the rear cover. Purple print on black background giving some history and such of the Beatles up to that point.
There is a photo of John Lennon with a beard but I think it is a fake beard. For one, the Beatles in 64 stayed in their original straight-laced suits, ties, clean-shaven. Also, the beard looks fake.
I also have and include the envelope that the booklet was shipped in. It is not in good shape but I will package everything in cardboard so it does not get damaged.
