    Description

    Beautiful Hobart HF190 two speed spiral dough mixer ready for service!  This machine was pulled from a local supermarket where it did not get used heavily and is in great shape.  It offers 150 lb flour, 270* lb finished dough capacity and was built in Italy for Hobart.  The hook has a couple chips in it, but does not affect the mix.  New hook is available if desired for about an additional ,000.
    Machine uses 3 phase 220v 30 amps
