Description

This is an original watercolor by artist Dee from 1999. The lower edge has a small tear across the bottom but would be hidden by framing. The paper itself has a couple tiny age spots from storage. The watercolor painting itself measures about 16" by 9 1/2". The exterior edge of the paper is about 18" by 23". Lovely piece.
