poppytreffry.co.uk  is the address of this popular artist in the United Kingdom.  She started her business in 2004 and has numerous really cute designs on all kinds of sewn goods.  I have no idea when this particular design came out.
This particular drawing I have not been able to find anywhere.
The size of the whole piece is 26 inches height by 17 inches wide w a 1 inch width of the custom black frame.  If you would like the piece without the frame let me know...but it looks very nice in the frame made for it, and it would most likely cost you more to frame it yourself???  The art itself would be very cheap to ship without the frame though.
Condition:
The printed piece looks to be in great condition.  The frame fits the art very nicely .  It does have very light wear but it probably had to be custom made for this piece so I think it is worth shipping the print in it.   This is an estate sale find so not brand new.
