Yes, this jersey has the stitched numbers and name plate, NOT the iron-on or screen printed version.
This includes the 75th anniversary patch shown in the photos which is a VERY LIMITED edition this year only, and is currently SOLD OUT.  The patch is ironed on but it does NOT appear to be a screen print material (like the white stripes on the sleeves of the jersey), it appears to be made out of a similar material that the stitched numbers and name plate is made out of.  A stitched patch is only available on the actual jerseys that the players will wear on field.
This item retails for 9.99 plus tax (~5) and is directly from Fanatics/NFL Shop (same company).  Usually shipped within 24 hours but most on the SAME DAY.
