This is a George Harrison official Tie Tack Pin.   It is on  the original card that measures approximately 3 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches.
On the card it says, "NEMS Enterprises LTD, 1964."
It also says on the card, "Manufactured under license from Seltaeb Inc.   The ONLY official licensee with exclusive rights for the manufacture and distribution of Beatles Tie Tack Pins.   Manufactured and printed in the USA by Press Initial Corp. Providence, R.I."
It is in excellent condition.
