Hobart HCM-300 30 Quart Vertical Cutter Chopper Mixer Tested

Mixer was recently tested by a Hobart repair man. Motor is strong and quiet, and it was his opinion that it has not seen too many hours of use. The motor will require a 3 phase 230v outlet.  Mixer is missing the stop button on the  lid arm ().  The jog and start/stop buttons work fine without it so it was not replaced. The  clear lid has cracks around the center.  The bowl's seals were not checked and it's been in storage for a few years, so the seals may need to be replaced ().  No blade is included.  The Bowl, stand, motor, and controls are all in good shape.  Buy the blade of your choice and do a hundred dollars of maintenance and you'll have yourself a 00 mixer for a fraction of that cost.
