The Vintage Polyresin Square Multicolor Floral Design Matzah Tray by Israeli Ronit Akavia would be a perfect piece to adorn you Passover Seder table. Designed by acclaimed Israeli artist Ronit Akavia, the tray is hand made from polyester resin material with "Galaxia Rainbow" dried flowers (pink, violet, white, yellow and green) and a Matzo wafer has been encased in polyresin for the tray bottom. Ronit Akavia used dried flowers, petals, leaves and/or grains in many of his creations. This lovely piece is completely original, dishwasher safe and may be used for hot foods. It CANNOT be used in the microwaveable. Unfortunately, Israeli Ronit Akavia passed away several years ago making this piece very collectible. The tray is in great condition with minimal scratches in resin. Throughout the tray are tiny air bubble inclusions from resin processing. Tray bottom has two small air bubbles opening to the surface (see pencil in photo). Dimensions: L: 8” X 8”; H: 1-3/4”.
