LARGE Wallpaper Sample Book Sandpiper Studio Fresh Floral Collection

Description

This oversized book is in very good condition. Some pages are loose and look like someone tried to cut them out. It looks like some pages are missing but not a lot. Still plenty to work with here.
Book is 18" x 18" x 2"
The last page is marked page 164 but not all are wallpaper and a few may be missing.
It is hard to count but there are probably12-15 patterns in various color ways, many are large.
Please look at the photos closely and carefully as I do not accept returns.
