Features vented back and underarms, storm flap front, side entry pockets, raglan sleeves, electronically sealed seams, non-conductive snaps, take-up shape on sleeves and detachable hood. I classified this as “new with defects”because there is a mark on the vinyl from being folded… nothing that interferes with the function, just a slight blemish. No holes. See photos for details.
