WARRANTY, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Warranty
Bid with confidence. All items are covered by a twelve months manufacturer defective warranty from the date you receive the items. Regular tear and wear will not be covered by warranty. The item must be installed by a licensed plumber or else the warranty will be voided. Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge. Defective part must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense and buyers are also responsible for the shipping cost for the replacement part.
Please inspect all packages upon arrival. In the case of shipping damage, please make sure that it is noted on the delivery receipt before signing. We will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment for inspection and retrieve the damaged item. Purchaser is required to send us picture(s) of the damaged item and the invoice from us when requesting to file a damaged claim. The damaged claim form must be filed to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will process the warranty request within 3 business days and credits will be issued within 14 days of the original claim.
Return
No Product may be returned directly to The Home Budget Houseware Inc. without first contacting us for a Return Authorization. We must be notified of a custome's intent to return an item, for any reason, within 7 days of the delivery or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable. All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the buyer's expense. All items must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which are accompanied in the original shipment, and the item MUST be in resalable condition. Returns after this period will not be accepted. A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 25% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee.
Cancellation
To be eligible for a refund before the item is shipped out, the purchaser needs to contact us within 24 hours after the payment is received. No refund will be allowed after 24 hours or once the item has been shipped. We will charge 10% covering fee of the total amount we have received to cover all the expenses, such as credit card fees, that's incurred in the transaction. Refund will be given after subtracting the covering fee and will be issued within seven business day. Order cancellation after item has been shipped out will be considered as return.
Payment
We will gladly accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. Discover and American Express is accepted through PayPal (with Confirmed Address). We also allow customers to pay by bank transfer. Payment must be submitted within 3 days after purchase. If no payment is made within 3 days, an unpaid item report will be made. We will then re-list the item and it will no longer be on hold for the buyer. If customers have any questions or problems with submitting a payment, contact us immediately to resolve the problem with us.

The item must be installed by a licensed professional plumber, or it could result in the void of any warranties. The Home Budget Houseware Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages or lost if customers improperly use the unit. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping, handling charges, tax and duty. Also, purchasers who live outside of Canada may be required to clear customs in order for the shipping company to gain access to the product shipment. In order to authorize the shipping company and the broker to do all the paper work, your signature and social sercurty number are required by the shipping company and broker. Without your authorization, the shipping company and broker will not be able to deliver your items aboard.
