ORIG 1915 P.P.I.E. TOWER OF JEWELS EXHIBIT - CELLULOID MIRROR - SAN FRANCISCO CA

Description

Lot Consists of an Original, 1915 PAN PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION - P.P.I.E. - TOWER OF JEWELS EXHIBIT - HAND HELD CELLULOID MIRROR. Back of mirror has embossed lettering which reads: " TOWER OF JEWELS - PAN-PAC. INT. EXHIBITION SAN FRANCISCO. - CAL. 1915" and an embossed image of the tower exhibit.
Mirror is approx. 7-1/2" long including handle x 3" wide. Mirror glass is intact with no visible chips or cracks, some of the finish is coming off in center (see images). Celluloid rim around mirror and handle is splitting. The tower image and lettering on back is nicely colored and retains most of it's detail. (Again, see images for more details). Piece has some light edge and corner shelf wear and has been stored away from light for many years. See Pics for More Details on Item and Condition.
