  • Condition: This machine was purchased from Mrs. Fields cookie dough company in 2004. At that time the exterior was completely refinished. The internal components were inspected, cleaned and lubricated. Other than quarterly lubrication the machine has required no maintenance other than changing the rubber star gasket between the spider gears that connect the main drive to the mixer blade (about once every two years).

    Description

    Large heavy duty single sigma two speed food/dough mixing machine.  Has a mixing blade jog feature and bowl dump to assist in both loading, unloading and cleaning.
    This machine is very powerful.
    Requires 220v 3 phase power to the 440v transformer that actually runs the motor.
    The transformer and control box are included with complete set-up instructions.
    The machines foot print is 84" long x 36" deep x 84" high.
    This machine was purchased from Mrs. Fields cookie dough company in 2004. Then used seasonally to mix cookie dough. It will mix up to 1000 pounds of cookie dough in about 40 minutes.  The machine is very powerful and runs perfect, has two speeds (slow to blend, fast to cream). Each speed has a timer. The mixing blade is a single sigma.
    Sorry these aren't the best pictures but we closed the bakery in 12/2019 and stored the machine. These are pictures in storage (except for the pic with the girl. that was in production). I have a movie of the machine mixing dough if interested.
