Brand new pelican head equipment.  Cheese shredder attachment for Hobart, Univex, Uniworld, Alfa mixers.  This is the size #12 attachment that fits most common floor mixers from 12 quart size to 60 quart size.  The square drive is 9/16".
Includes the disc holder and a shredding cheese disc with 3/16" holes.  This is the most common size used for pizza topping cheese.  A must have for restaurant use.  You can add a slicer knife to the unit for slicing vegetables.
