Backed by dual ETL Certification for both electrics AND sanitation, this unit meets NSF Standards to guarantee its commercial use approval in every state in the USA!
This 7QT professional restaurant mixer has a 3.2lb flour capacity and is the smallest and least expensive commercially-approved kitchen mixer made today. It is ideal for a wide variety of mixing applications as it comes with all key accessories included at no extra charge: a stainless steel wire whip, aluminum flat beater, aluminum dough hook, 7 Quarts stainless steel bowl and a polycarbonate splash guard for adding in ingredients without the mess.
The internals of this unit live up to the hype as they feature a powerful 0.5hp custom-built motor along with a heat-treated hardened alloy steel gears and shaft. The gear-driven design is reliable and dependable and durable. It operates quietly and even has an infinite control speed dial with 11 settings for maximum flexibility and consistency.
Other nice features include front-mounted controls, safety interlock switch that prevents accidents when the head is raised and a thermal overload switch to prevent overheating. Unit runs off standard 3-prong US electrics, comes with a 6 foot long power cord, measures 9W x 15D x 18H and weighs a stout 42 lbs. RETURN POLICY
Returns are usually available however please note that Restocking fees charged by manufacturers are quite high on Restaurant Equipment so in general it is not worth returning the item to the Factory. You are generally responsible for original and return ship fees plus a restock fee ranging from 15-50%, resulting in you having a better chance to recoup more money by reselling the item locally on CraigsList or here on ebay. That said, if you desire a return, and wish to pay the restock fees etc, please contact us and we will set it up for you, provided the item is eligible for return as some Manufacturers have limited time-frames or other restrictions on returns.

EVERY item has a specific "Handling Time" listed. Handling Time represents the time it takes from your payment being cleared to the item actually shipping out the warehouse door. On most items this Handling Period is only 1-2 days however for certain items, especially ones that are custom made for you, this handling time can be as long as several weeks. As such, pay EXTRA attention to the Handling Time field before making any purchases.
Most of our large and/or heavy items ship on a pallet via FREIGHT truck. These items require YOU to provide the manpower or equipment to take the item off the back of the truck from the curb and into your desired location. If you do not have the manpower or equipment, you will require the LIFTGATE DELIVERY OPTION, which normally costs -75 extra, and allows the freight carrier to bring a smaller truck with motorized attachment on the back to lower your pallet down to the curb. Also keep in mind Freight Carriers charge extra for: 1. Residential Delivery = -100 extra 2. Limited Access = -75 extra for delivery to schools/churches/farms and strip malls
