This is a Putnam 2" Cobalt 6 Flute Lead 10.968, 2" LOC, 1.25" Shank End Mill.  The mill is used and may show signs of wear, use and/or discoloration from the previous owner.  None of the slight imperfections should impact the overall perfromance of the product.  The cutting edges appear sharp and show no signs of chipping.  Overall the mill remains in very good condition.
