    Description

    Hazardous-Location Centrifugal Pump 316 Stainless 1/2HP 230/460v EXP. Built for pumping chemicals and corrosives in hazardous locations, these Type 316 stainless steel pumps have a motor that's UL listed and CSA certified for use in Class I, Groups C & D and Class II, Groups F & G locations, Must be hardwired. They have a mechanical seal made of Viton elastomer's with a carbon rotating face and silicon carbide seat. Impellers are open and made of Type 316 stainless steel. Max. temp. is 250ï½° F (or, if lower, the boiling point of liquid being pumped). Fluids must be compatible with wetted parts (materials in contact with solution). Wetted parts are carbon, silicon carbide, Type 316 stainless steel, and Viton.
