    San Francisco Worlds Fair P.P.I.E. 1915 Tower of Jewels lot Original Jewel Green
    My stepdad visited the San Francisco Treasure Island World’s Fair in 1939 when he was just a boy. His grandparents took him, see the photo. A few years later he started collecting World’s Fair memorabilia. 70 + years later my step-dad is gone and his collection (he collected many items from many different fairs, expos, and celebrations. Save my store and check back weekly for new lots and bundles).
    This lot is for the following:
    A green jewel from the Tower of Jewels. The jewel is in it’s holder which is stamped with the “patent Pending”.
    A R&M Staffordshire Commemorative ceramic plate
    A mini souvenir Tower of Jewel spoon
    A mini souvenir Frying Pan “official souvenir”
    A commemorative opening day coin
    A pennant
    A Pillow cover
    A hand engraved mini tray
    A “Pan-Pacific Cookbook” hard bound book by L.L. McClaren 1915
    An Official Program
    2 articles clipped from the time of the fair
    An envelope, 10 postcards and a trading card
    8 plates from a souvenir photo book (I think)

    I have 3 other bundles with a red, green, and yellow jewel each and different add-ons.
    If anyone can identify the small jewel in the picture of all 4 larger jewels please let me know. It was in the same box and bag as the other jewels my step dad had put away.
    I am charged with selling some of my stepdad’s estate/collectibles for my mom. Save this store as a favorite as I will be listing bundles and singles for years to come, from games, political, sports, hollywood and civil war to an immense world class collection of worlds fair and exposition pieces.
