Intallation
The installation of the shower panel is simple and all the necessary hardware is included in the package. For the installation: first, you need to fix the mounting bracket at your desired level with screws, and then connect the hot and cold water hoses at the back of the unit to the water inlet. Finally, just hang the shower panel onto the mounting bracket and everything is done! For more information on the installation, you can also download the Installation Guide from above.

All orders are usually ship within 2 business days (M-F) upon receiving payment. Payments arriving after 10 a.m. Pacific Time or on Friday and holidays are processed the next business day.  Most items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post and shipping is FREE to the lower 48 States and to Canada (except NT & YT). Undeliverable Shipments
Customers are liable for shipments returned to us by our shipping carrier due to an undeliverable/incorrect address. Any associated costs for re-shipment will be charged to and must be paid by the customer before we re-ship.

Warranties, Exchange & Refund
Warranty
This item has 12 months parts limited warranty.
Item must be installed by a licensed installer or else the warranty will be void. Part(s) for replacement must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense and customer is also responsible for the returning shipping cost.
Damaged Products
We take great care in shipping your products in protective packaging. However, should you receive a product damaged in transit, please contact customer service and file a claim within 72 hours of delivery. We will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect the item and retrieve it. Purchaser is required to send us a picture(s) of the damaged item and our company’s sales invoice for the product when requesting to file a damaged claim.
Mis-Shipments
If an incorrect item is received and reported within 72 hours, a pre-paid return shipping label will be issued to the customer at no cost. Once the incorrect item is received and inspected, the replacement order will be processed and shipped to the customer at no cost.
Items reported incorrect or missing after the 72 hours inspection limit will not be considered for re-shipment.
Return & Refund
Non-defective returns are accepted, but are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee within 14 days from the date products are received. Returned item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in its original box. We will carefully inspect returned items before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Buyer must contact the seller before any returns or exchanges, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges can be issue within 30 days from the date products are received.
