ITEM(S) CONDITION:
Upon inspecting this item, it appears it is either used and had a new tip installed or it is new. It's unclear as to what this is exactly for after quite a bit of time researching, but I am assuming its to bore or drill something out. The plastic package tube the bit came in states: “StarSu” then below is states: “KJ tooling 2F2H, AICrN, 12X325MM HS” as shown in the pictures. I am unfamiliar with these types of bits so feel free to reach out and correct me on anything I maybe missing. I tried to take certain measurements to help as well as enough pictures to show different angles.
