Is your BJJ school closed due to Covid? Do you want to drill the moves you learned but don't have a training partner at home? Do you want to have the advantage the next time you roll with your partners? Do you simply love ground fighting and can't get enough in class? A grappling dummy could be your answer.
This outstanding grappling dummy is unique that it holds a kneeling position with arms out, simulating several common positions encountered while rolling on the ground. It does not "flop" over, allowing you to train guard, inside the guard, mount, north/south, side control and "turtle" positions.
This dummy allows you to rep out triangle chokes from the guard, arm bars from the mount, omoplatas, passing guard, knee bars, ankle locks, etc.
The weight of the dummy is approx 80# and the kneeling height is roughly that of a 6' tall man. Each Submission is hand sewn so measurements may vary.
Included is a thin gi top and pants, already on the dummy.
