Hard-to-find "Summer Dance" Fashion Favorites dress from 1978.  It's missing the pink belt.
The dress is in excellent condition.except for a few creases along the sides of the skirt.  It comes with Mattel rose pink open toe heels, I think from the late 1970's or early 1980's, in excellent condition.  These are not the same shoes that came with the dress, but they look great with it.  The snap in back is secure and working well.  The colors are bright and vibrant /
