There is no difference between the services on manufacture of these shirts! Not listed as USMC or Navy.
I compared sizes, one on top of the other, and found discrepancies such as 2 Size M had large difference in shoulder length? Manufacturers problem?
1 Size S shirt was much larger shoulder length than another size S? This must be a problem with all shirts due to manufacturer?
