With a 135-quart, 130 liters, stainless steel bowl, the spiral mixer has a 176-pound dough capacity. The bowl has two speeds.
Strong stainless steel bowl, shaft, and dough hook ease cleaning.  Bowl guard swings open to provide complete bowl access.
For safety, the bowl guard
must be closed before the mixer will spin.
If bowl guard lifted while mixer running, spinning will stop automatically.
