PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION AND VIEW ALL PHOTOS CAREFULLY USING ZOOM. ALL FLAWS MAY NOT BE VISIBLE BUT THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST IDEA AS TO ITS OVERALL CONDITION. This plate is in good pre loved condition but there are some signs of wear. There are faint surface scratches as well as a couple more noticeable scratches on the blue designs. It could use some very light cleaning up to remove spots and finger prints. There is some wear to the gilt. This plate is sold as is. Buyer should expect normal signs of use.
