Seller Refurbished - Pastry knife has been de-greased, washed, rinsed, polished and sanitized in preparation for this sale.  It is ready for immediate food use.  Pastry knife is in excellent condition for its age, circa 1940s.  The pastry knife works perfectly well as it should.
This tin plate over steel, "P" and "C10P" pastry knife was manufactured by Hobart Mfg. Corp. for its 10 quart mixers.  This pastry knife came off a Hobart Model C100 mixer but also works on the Hobart C10 and C210 model mixers.  If you have a Hobart model C100. C10 or C210, and want the original genuine pastry knife attachment that went to your mixer then this is your listing.
Use this "P" and "C10P" pastry knife attachment to cut fat (lard, butter, shortening, etc.) into flour with ease for making the flakiest pastry and bakery products possible.  Once you make pie dough with this attachment, you will never go back to anything else.  Use on speed #1 and #2 only.
