VTG 1990's Russell Athletic Los Angeles Rams Football Jersey Sewn Rams Horns

Up for bids is a cool 1990's Los Angeles Rams football Jersey.  It is made by Russell and they made the Ram's jerseys from 1993-1996 as far as I know.
I honestly have no idea who the name on the back is for. It has come to my attention that #7 is a retired number in the Rams organization as well.
It measures 19 inches pit to pit and 34 inches long.   It is tagged a size 38.
The jersey has screened on numbers and screened letters which is on a sewn on nameplate.  The Ram horns are sewn on twill.
This jersey is in excellent condition!!
